School Counseling Program Assessment and Evaluation of Outcomes

The comprehensive evaluation of the Program in School Counseling includes a School Counseling Graduates Survey, a Site Supervisor Perspective on the Internship Experience form, and, with appropriate permission, an Employer Survey of Former Graduate Student.  Consent forms and the New Graduate Form are also available.

We appreciate the cooperation of our graduates, site supervisors, and other stakeholders in completing these evaluation measures that seek to inform our program objectives and operation.
