“Rutgers GSE’s classes were engaging and challenging. Each course had something I could either apply to my teaching or provide me with perspectives I could consider in the future. The online discussions were so meaningful. We all learned from each others’ significant experiences, and also challenged each other. More importantly, we all connected intellectually and some of us emotionally through the journey.
As a software trainer for a technology company, I apply the skills from the GSE program in numerous ways. I am mindful of different learning styles and cater my instruction based on matters pertinent to each client and their administrative teams. My experience at my workplace thus far underscores the relevance of some of my GSE coursework – especially in the areas of change management and applied research – as I gain more experience with the tools I teach on and the audiences I facilitate.”
