Office of Administration & Personnel

The Office of Administration and Personnel provides a broad range of administrative, fiscal, operational, and management support to the Graduate School of Education (GSE). This support includes:

  • monitoring all incoming and outgoing financial transactions related to all GSE accounts (sponsored and non-sponsored), preparing periodic budget statements and reports, and reconciling all accounts;
  • compiling and analyzing data for inclusion in GSE reports;
  • supervising federally funded college work-study students and type IV employees;
  • preparing payroll appointment forms for all faculty, staff, and part-time lecturers;
  • managing personnel issues and employment lifecycle for all GSE faculty and staff;
  • overseeing the operation and maintenance GSE space and equipment;
  • building, operating, and maintaining the information technology and communications resources;
  • preparing budgets with and for research grant faculty; and
  • providing faculty general administrative support.
