As part of #LoveTeaching Week, Rutgers current students and alumni are invited to learn how to start a career in teaching as a non-education major. The Rutgers Alternate Route Open House is an opportunity to learn about teacher certification options and hear what it’s like to be an alternate route teacher from teachers who were once in your shoes and course instructors. Attendees will discover how to can connect their life experiences to the classroom and access our resources to help them get started on their teaching certification journey.
