Asset-Based Leadership: Recruiting, Retaining, and Elevating Teachers of Color (Part 2)

Join the GSE for a two-part virtual panel discussion where Teacher Leaders of Color from Neptune Township School District, New Brunswick Public Schools, and Rahway Public Schools share their experiences in their participation in the multi-year NJDOE grant project, Diversifying the Teaching Profession with Rutgers Graduate School of Education.

Part one, held on January 13, focused on developing protocols to hire and retain teachers of color; and part two, on January 27, will focus on strategies for mentoring teachers of color.
