U.S. Department of Education selects GSE’s NIEER to head Center on Enhancing Early Learning Outcomes

The U.S. Department of Education awarded the GSE's National Institute for Early Education Research (NIEER) a grant to head the Center on Enhancing Early Learning Outcomes.

The Center on Enhancing Early Learning outcomes is one of seven content centers to be named by the DOE.  The center will provide research-based information and tools to help districts and schools meet student achievement goals in early learning.

NIEER conducts and communicates research to support high-quality, effective early childhood education for all young children. Such education enhances their physical, cognitive, and social development, and subsequent success in school and later life.  Learn more about NIEER by visiting NIEER.org.
