  • Research Statement

Coming in with a practical background in disability services and accessibility in higher education, I am most interested in the foundation of special education K – 12. More specifically, I am interested in research revolving around the instruction and learning of students who are blind and low vision, and the use of many different types of assistive technology and services that exist to provide these students access in the classroom. I am also interested in alternate formats of materials for students who are blind/low vision, and their impact in learning.
