I am a results-driven individual with experience in Administrative and Research Management, complemented by advanced education. I enjoy leading cross-functional teams, optimizing operational processes, and driving organizational success through strategic decision-making. A cornerstone of my career lies in my ability to integrate administrative insight with a deep understanding of human behavior and organizational dynamics. My comprehensive grasp of Public Administration principles enables me to navigate complex regulatory environments and implement streamlined processes that enhance efficiency and compliance. Additionally, my specialization in Industrial-Organizational Psychology equips me with invaluable insights into workforce behavior, motivation, and team dynamics, allowing me to design and execute initiatives that cultivate a motivated, high-performing workforce. I chose NIEER at GSE for the stated mission, advocacy, and continued dedication to improving the overall learning and development of young children while also demonstrating its commitment to life-long learning for current and future educators.
