Liam Oakes

Liam Oakes is a public relations specialist at the Rutgers Graduate School of Education. He is also the president of the Public Relations Society of America – New Jersey Chapter, where he received a Pyramid Award for outstanding chapter service in 2023. Liam previously served as the communications manager for the New Jersey Coalition for Inclusive Education, a nonprofit that partners with schools to end the segregation of students with disabilities. He earned his master’s degree in communication and media studies from Rutgers University, making him a proud Scarlet Knight.
