Interactive Virtual Workshop: Civically Engaged Districts Project
Join the Civically Engaged Districts (CED) Project for an interactive virtual workshop on Wednesday, March 13th from 5:00 – 6:00 PM as part of Civic Learning Week!
The CED Project brings together educators from across disciplines and districts to integrate civic action research into classrooms, curricula, and/or clubs, and involve young people in hands-on civic learning that engages schools and communities. Join faculty, educators and young people for this interactive virtual session to learn more about the CED Project and how to bring it to your district/school.
Civic Learning Week features a number of interesting and mostly virtual events with the goal of making civic learning a nationwide priority for a stronger democracy. The CED Project is a collaboration between Rutgers Graduate School of Education (GSE) and Teachers College, Columbia University and supported by the generous contribution of Maher Charitable Foundation.
