The Office of Communications and Marketing at Rutgers Graduate School of Education (GSE) has developed these forms to streamline communication processes.

Do you have information to share? Our team is always looking to highlight a success, describe a new program, share an announcement, and basically make sure your information get seen on the website, on social media, and/or in the newsletters.

Please fill out the form that aligns with your goal and we will follow up with you within 5 business days if your story, announcement, or event aligns with the goals of the GSE’s Office of Communications and Marketing.

News Story

With all of the great things happening at the GSE and our limited time and resources, we must prioritize stories that provide the greatest impact for the entire GSE community.

Newsletter Announcement

The GSE newsletter distribution schedules are as follows:

• Faculty/staff: distributed every Tuesday; content due preceding Tuesday at 5pm
• Student: distributed the first Thursday of every month; content due by 20th of preceding month at 5pm
• Alumni: distributed the second Thursday of every month; content due by 1st of the month at 5pm
• Part-time lecturers: distributed the first Wednesday of every month; content due preceding Tuesday at 5pm

Need help promoting a GSE-sponsored event?

Event Form: Use this form to request assistance from the GSE Office of Communications & Marketing (OCM) to promote your event.

Alumni Class Notes

Alumni, we’d love for you to send us your class notes. If you have received an award, promotion, started a new job, or taken on an interesting project, let us know by filling out the Class Note Form. We would love to share your news in the class notes section of the GSE newsletter or on social media.
