Sabin Amanullah

I oversee finance and administration for the National Institute for Early Education at the Graduate School of Education, Rutgers University. I partner closely with faculty principal investigators to develop and manage sponsored program budgets and coordinate with Rutgers Research offices across the full grant lifecycle—from proposal and award through reconciliation and closeout. I am responsible for financial planning, daily financial operations, gift accounts, and internally restricted funds. In addition, I provide reporting and analysis that supports the Institute’s mission to advance early childhood education research and policy analysis.

My background spans corporate accounting and reporting, local government budget management, and higher education finance and administration.
