Research Statement
My research interests lie at the intersection of teacher preparation, teaching practice, and professional development and how these systems work together to impact teaching quality in K-12 classrooms. Specifically, I am interested in the role of formative assessment as a teaching practice that can improve student learning outcomes and how to support implementation and enactment of these practices at all levels of educational systems.
