Why can't I register?

A degree student needs to be registered every semester until they graduate. If they failed to register the previous semester, they will now need to be reinstated. If a student is not taking course they need to be registered for research or matriculation continued. Please consult your catalog for further information.

Can I take courses in the Ph.D. program in Education as a nondegree student?

No. Each Ph.D. program in the Graduate School of Education has its own regulations on this. You cannot take courses in the Ph.D. program in Education as a nondegree student.

Can I take courses as a nondegree/nonmatriculated student?

Yes. Visit the Office of Graduate and Professional Admissions website for an application and instructions.

Can I do my program part time?

Yes. Programs can be taken on a part-time basis.
