Dr. Joseph Howe comes to the GSE after a decade working in K-12 education as a superintendent of schools, assistant superintendent of business, and school business administrator/board secretary. Throughout his career he has continually worked on matters of educational equity and helped to lead the turnaround of the 3rd most underfunded school district in New Jersey which also faced significant overcrowding. Dr. Howe completed his Ed.D. in Educational Leadership, Management, and Policy at Seton Hall University where his research focused on the delivery of healthcare services in schools.
