Admissions

All applicants who are not currently in a Graduate/Non-degree program and don’t have an active RU ID # will need to complete a Graduate Study application. Applications can be completed online or obtained from the Office of Graduate and Professional Admissions, Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, 56 College Avenue, New Brunswick, NJ 08901 (848-932-7711). Applications are due by February 1 for fall admission and by November 1 for spring admission.

Applicants are responsible for reviewing and confirming that they meet program requirements before the application is submitted. Rutgers Graduate School of Education WILL NOT refund the application fee if an applicant is not accepted. Applications are due two weeks before the beginning of the next semester. Students are admitted throughout the year for this non-degree program.

Program Accreditation

The Rutgers University Leadership in Educational Administration and Supervision Program is nationally certified by the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP). Current certification is for the period 2014-2021. The most recent summary of performance data for our educational administration students can be downloaded here.
