Prestige Institute is seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join the team.

Summary of Role: A Front Desk Receptionist @ Prestige mainly works at the Front Area being the supportive hands and feet of the Assistant Director, answering calls and directing visitors to the right channel.

Its online SAT prep course combines the efficiency of E-learning with the expert support that was only to be seen in in-person classes.

Responsibilities: 1. Work closely with the Assistant Director and higher authorities to ensure the operation of the branch (scheduling, parent seminars, intensive programs, etc.) goes smoothly and satisfaction of students and parents are good 2. Ensure effective communication between Prestige’s administrators, faculty, parents, students, and members, directing them to appropriate channels 3. Know the ins and outs of the institution’s operation and goals 4. Coordinate consultation meetings between parents and the Assistant Director OR the Director 5. Make phone calls to students and teachers in the case of absence or tardy and keep the Director / other higher authorities informed at appropriate times 6. Answer phone calls and emails on behalf of the company providing information of Prestige’s current study programs and online information to students and parents 7. Perform clerical duties (ordering and stocking office supplies, photocopying, printing, filing), update records such as class schedules and student transcripts 8. Possibly respond to urgent errands or needs of the institution Seeking Strengths: responsible, punctual, organized & detailed, openness

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred but not required) – Bilingual in Korean and English (required) – Knowledge of standardized testing and college prep (preferred but not required)

Salary: Monthly starting at $3,000 – negotiable upon experience

Work Hours: Non-summer semesters – 40 hours/week – 1 day off the week, Saturday is a must work- 12:00 PM ~ 8:00 PM Summer semesters – 40 hours/week – Monday through Friday- 9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM
