Teaching Fellow

Practice Make Perfect (PMP) is an innovative education organization that partners with communities to eliminate the summer learning loss and create high quality learning opportunities for inner-city youth, K-12, using a unique near-peer mentorship model. During PMP's intensive summer program in NYC, scholars participate in rigorous Common Core-aligned lessons in reading, writing, and math in addition to enjoying daily enrichment activities. 
The PMP teaching fellowship program is one of the most rewarding and rigorous experiences available to undergraduate students across the country. The fellowship will prepare individuals for a career in education while also teach skills such as leadership, communication, and perseverance that are transferable to any profession.
Skills and Qualifications: Must have - 3.0 GPA; some experience working with children, preferably in an academic setting; availability for all of training and the summer program, a passion for education
