Instructional Designer or Instructional Technologist


We are seeking a self-motivated and high-performing Instructional Designer or Instructional Technologist to strategize, design, and develop engaging and impactful learning and performance support solutions that leverage contemporary learning approaches to meet our clients’ learning needs. 

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes ownership of his/her work and possesses the following knowledge and skills:

• Ability to analyze a business situation and learning context, and recommend appropriate solutions 
• Knowledge of the instructional approaches, tools, systems, and processes required for designing and developing effective learning content
• Knowledge of strategic and effective methods for integrating all forms of learning (formal, informal, and social)
• Knowledge of current learning trends, research initiatives, and experiments 
• Experience with successful learning implementations
• Experience with instructional tools and technologies (e.g., Storyline, Captivate, HTML, etc.)

Meeting deadlines, prioritizing workload, working collaboratively as part of a team, and efficiently performing tasks are all required by this position. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must, as is the ability to work in a casual and responsive small-business environment.
