How can I check meeting dates/times or the availability of GSE's conference rooms, computer labs, projectors, and other resources?

The GSE uses Google Calendars™ for managing reservations for many of its conference rooms, instructional resources, Information Technology resources, as well as for special or community events and resources. Most of these calendars are updated as soon as new requests are received and this is the standard practice for all calendars managed through the GSE Help Desk.

Below are the current lists of calendars accessible to the community. GSE Gmail account holders can access multiple calendars at once and can choose how they are displayed; please contact the GSE Help Desk for information.

When making a reservation or resource request, please assist the calendar's caretaker by including the following information with your request:

  • What event, meeting, or class is this for? Please provide a name, course number, or other info.
  • When is the resource needed? Please provide starting and ending dates & times.
  • Who will be using the resource? Please provide your name or the name of the person who will be hosting the event or responsible for the resource you wish to reserve.
  • How long is the resource needed? Will this be needed only once, several times, or an entire semester, if available?

After receiving your request, a GSE-IT staff member will either confirm your reservation or notify you if the requested resource is unavailable.
