Affiliations/Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Executive Director of Continuing Education and Global Programs (CEGP), the Manager of CEGP is responsible for the planning, development and delivery of high quality off-campus credit and non-credit programs of the Graduate School of Education (GSE). The position includes the overall coordination of complex continuing education operations working closely with a team of talented staff, departmental faculty, part-time lecturers, educational leaders, a variety of administrative units within Rutgers University and external constituents in school districts within New Jersey and locations abroad. Oversees on-going data mining to analyze enrollment trends and constituent needs. Oversees outreach and market research efforts in determining market demand for unit offerings.
