How can I check meeting dates/times or schedule a GSE conference room, computer lab, projectors, and other resources?

The GSE uses Google Calendars™ to manage reservations for many of its conference rooms and instructional resources.

Listed below are the publicly accessible calendars for the community. GSE Gmail account holders can access multiple calendars at once, choose how they are displayed, and more. Please contact the GSE Help Desk for more information.

When making a reservation or resource request, please help your calendar's caretaker by including the following information:

  • What event, meeting, or class is this for? Please provide a name, course number, or other info.
  • When is the resource needed? Please provide starting and ending dates & times.
  • Who will be using the resource? Please provide your name or, alternatively, the name of person who will be responsible for the resource you wish to reserve.
  • How long is the resource needed? Will this be needed only once, several times, or an entire semester, if available?
