METROMATH: THE CENTER FOR MATHEMATICS IN AMERICA'S CITIES
Researcher and Co-Principal Investigator of study on “District Approaches to Recruiting and Retaining Urban Math Teachers” (2005-Present)
- Conducting a qualitative study of how various urban districts perceive and approach the challenge of attracting and retaining qualified math teachers. Funded by the National Science Foundation.

Established and directed a comprehensive, tuition-free program that prepared low-income middle school students for success in college-track high school programs.
