Detailed instructions & information can be found along with the application forms. It is in your best interest to apply as early as possible. In addition to the general deadlines, be aware that programs may, at their discretion, close admission prior to stated deadlines or extend deadline dates if sufficient time exists to render decisions.

Application deadlines:

• Spring term:  November 1 for all programs (as of 09/2006.)
• Fall term:  February 1 all programs (as of 09/2006.)
• Ph.D. in Education (fall admission only):  January 1. 
• Scholarships/Fellowships:  March 1.

Please note that until the admissions office processes your application, we will not have any information regarding the status of your application. Applicants are responsible for ensuring that applications are complete and for adhering to all policies and procedures as stated in the instructions.

A complete application consists of:

• Application form & fee
• Official transcripts
• Personal statement/essay
• Letters of recommendation
• Test scores

Special note for Continuing Education/Off-Campus Course applicants: If you are applying to Graduate Admissions to register for off-campus courses offered by Continuing Education & Global Programs, you must apply as a non-degree (non-matriculated) student.
